About the role
Patient Care Assistant (PCA) - Nurse Aide positions provide direct patient care under the delegation and/or supervision of a nurse / healthcare provider. Duties include gathering vital signs, measuring blood glucose, and measuring intake and output. Assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and progressive mobility. Maintain care areas by stocking, cleaning, and organizing.
Responsibilities

- Stock, clean, and organize care areas
- Partners with specialized ancillary team members
- Contribute to solutions for safety and quality at the point of care
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize patient needs and wellness
- Proficiency in using medical equipment

Pay
$19.10 - $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Schedule
Part Time, 60.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
