Patient Care Advisor

About the role

A Patient Care Advisor (PCA) delivers a premium retail experience at a wellness center, focusing on guest and patient service, product education, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and patients warmly, assisting with check-ins and product selection
• Promote and manage loyalty programs to enhance guest engagement
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Learn and execute point-of-sale and inventory processes accurately
• Educate patients on product benefits and promote add-on sales
• Maintain compliance with regulations and SOPs, including HIPAA and MCA/DHSS guidelines
• Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment
• Perform inventory counts, restocking, and order packing

Requirements

• Strong guest service, social, and communication skills
• Empathy and ability to understand patient needs
• Knowledge of cannabis industry and products preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, and embrace ownership
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail, hospitality, or guest service experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfort working in a secure, regulated environment
• Must be 21 years or older and comply with state-specific background check requirements
