Patient Benefit Representative

About the role

Patient Benefit Rep (PBR) will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, reviewing insurance cards, and confirming insurance is active/effective. They will also be required to verify required authorizations are attached to medications/treatments and check outstanding patient balances. Additionally, they will provide Front Desk support when needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare experience within benefits, insurance, EOB
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex, high-volume workflows
• Reliable work history and strong tenure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn systems

Qualifications

Open to strong recent graduates with relevant experience. This is a fully onsite position in Plano, first shift.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Frisco, TX 75033. The position is anticipated to close on Aug 7, 2026.
