About the role

Initiates a variety of external and internal referral processing and skilled clerical duties in support of the PMG physician offices. Communicates with internal and external medical offices and insurance companies to ensure provider referral requests are processed timely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal and external medical offices and insurance companies to ensure provider referral requests are processed timely and accurately.
• Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in the medical field.
• 1 year of Electronic Medical Record experience.
• 1 year of Referral processing experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience in the medical field. 1 year of Electronic Medical Record experience. 1 year of Referral processing experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
