About the role

The Patient Advocate Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of patient advocates who assist patients with their healthcare needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of patient advocates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient satisfaction and advocate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to address patient concerns and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to patient advocates in resolving complex issues.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Patient Care Services, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or patient care services.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
