About the role

Screens and interviews applicants for services through a variety of indigent healthcare programs. Calculates and processes applications for eligibility determination. Seeks other third‑party resources through local, state, and federal government agencies. Cross‑trains to other job duties as deemed appropriate by supervisor/director. Accepts additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Assumes responsibility and accountability for screening, referring, and interviewing applicants for service through a variety of indigent healthcare programs. This position supports an organizational culture for service excellence and practices the service excellence standards to all customer groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year job related experience recommended
• Typing skills 35 W
