Patient Accounts Rep

About the role

This position provides customer service in the billing department, handling billing, collections, data entry of medical records, customer relations with area medical facilities and patients, and coordination with dispatch and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivables, including collecting payments via cash, check, electronic fund transfers, and other methods
• Perform billing and collections tasks
• Enter and manage medical records data
• Maintain customer relations with area medical facilities and patients
• Coordinate with dispatch and field staff
