Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding account balances
• Explain insurance payments and patient responsibility in a clear, professional manner
• Aid patients in setting up payment arrangements and identifying resolution options
• Update account records with detailed notes and call outcomes
• Collaborate to resolve billing and account inquiries

Qualifications
