Responsibilities

• Financial counseling of patients
• Effective management of financial transactions
• Timely entering of charges
• Patient referrals
• Covers Vaccines for Children program
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Patient registration
• Maintaining medical records
• Determining program eligibility
• Billing

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and speak Spanish
• Computer literacy including Word and Excel
• Medical billing with ICD-10 and CPT coding experience
• Medical insurance verification and billing experience
