Responsibilities
- Handle patient account inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve billing disputes and provide accurate information
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
