PATIENT ACCESS SVC REP FLOAT, FCP - WEST BEND PATIENT CARE GENERAL

Location: West Bend, WI (on-site at CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER and other clinic sites as needed)

About the Role

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house" and patient-facing needs. This role proactively greets patients and visitors, creating a helpful, positive, welcoming, and friendly experience. The PASR FLOAT is required to work at various clinic sites to support operational business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.
• Greet patients and visitors in a proactive, friendly, and helpful manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist, assistant, or in a customer service field.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and strong proactive organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
