Patient Access Specialist
Full-time position in Flagstaff, AZ
Competitive pay range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with compassion
• Register patient private health information with organized precision
• Absorb and schedule appointments over the phone
• Maintain records and files accurately

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a front office or medical setting
• Accurately complete assignments with close attention to detail
• Proficient in data entry with minimal errors
• Able to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence
• Able to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Successfully complete CME compliance training as required by CIC
• BLS certification required or to be obtained with 6 months of employment
• Maintain high patient privacy standards and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
