Patient Access Representative - PRN - RHC

General Duties

• Greeting patients
• Answering telephones
• Scheduling patients
• Scanning patient documents
• Type correspondence, reports, memos, forms
• Transcription of medical notes
• Preparing cash receipts for transport to CBO
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Processing forms sent to the clinic
• Maintaining current and accurate demographics information on all patient guarantors
• Maintaining equipment and supplies needed for job duties
