Patient Access Representative II
Job Responsibilities
- Provides assistance and services to patients, families, staff and external agencies in the accurate completion of patient registration, admission and scheduling.
- Investigates and resolves customer requests, questions or problems according to CCHMC policies and procedures.
- Contacts outside representatives to request information or assistance in resolving problems.
- Supports the Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, and Regulatory by ensuring that the necessary data, information and forms are obtained and accurately entered into the appropriate system.
- Talks to management to explain system errors or to recommend changes to the system.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
About the Role
This is a full-time, day shift position located at the Burnet Campus. The position involves a float schedule between Locations B, A, and T1, with hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

The expected starting pay range is $18.16 - $22.25 per hour, based on experience, skills, and equity. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on-call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
