Patient Access Representative Float Staffing
Schedule
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures accurately with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and resource utilization.
- Gather and accurately enter patient demographic, insurance, and clinical information into the appropriate database to establish a complete and compliant patient record.
- Capture and manage insurance verification and pre-authorization processes to ensure financial clearance and reduce out-of-pocket stress for the patient.
- Educate patients on pre-service requirements, instructions, and financial responsibilities, promoting a clear and comfortable experience.

Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Skills
- Prior medical office and scheduling experience
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations and flexibility to work variable hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on coverage needs
