About the Role

As a Patient Access Representative, you will be at the heart of our commitment to patients and the community, providing essential support in a primary care setting.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out patients at assigned practice(s).
- Perform various operational support functions including scheduling patient visits, tests, and surgical procedures.
- Greet patients, answer and direct telephone calls.
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions.
- May cover different offices as needed or directed.
Position reports to the Practice Manager/Administrator or designee.
Qualifications
- Equal to the completion of 4 years of high school is required.
- Good computer and typing skills are required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- One year of medical office practice experience or graduation from a medical secretary program or the equivalent is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.

Pay
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $17.86 - USD $28.76 /Hr.
Schedule
- Per Diem
- Day shift, 8:00am - 5:00pm
