Responsibilities

• Performing scheduling, registration, patient pre-admission and admission, reception, and discharge functions.
• Obtaining complete and accurate patient demographic information.
• Employing proper, compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during, and after date of service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience: Preferred in customer service role and administrative role in medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
• Certifications: Not applicable.
