Responsibilities
The PAS I ED/PBX is responsible for answering all incoming calls coming into the hospital through the PBX console, announcing all standard emergency codes and authorized pages, and monitoring emergency panels.
Requirements
You'll bring to the team the ability to multitask by managing multi-phone lines and calls panels simultaneously, while maintaining calmness at all times. You should be organized and detail-oriented, with customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent
- One (1) year minimum in hospital or other setting
- Prior PBX experience helpful
