Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Train in all areas: Check in/out, Chart Auditing, Call Center functions. - Provide excellent customer service to patients by listening and appropriately serving patients. - Contribute to an overall positive work atmosphere through actions and attitude. - Relay relevant information to the appropriate internal staff. - Follow practice procedures for appointment entry, check-in and/or check-out processes. - Participate in office meetings and educational activities. - Maintain work area in neat and orderly manner. - Comply with HIPAA procedures. - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Travel to all TSC locations is required. Cross-Training in different Patient Access functions is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education/Experience: High School Diploma, or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 1-2 years of healthcare front desk experience.
