About the role

This position is responsible for all registration activities including gathering and processing patient demographic and financial information, identifying payment sources, computing and collecting patient responsibilities, completing required consent forms and any other required paperwork, and providing excellent customer service to all patients, peers, medical center staff, community providers, etc.

Qualifications

Given experience and on-the-job training, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
