Patient Access Manager (LOS ANGELES/CENTRAL CA)

For our client, we are seeking a Patient Access Manager (LOS ANGELES/CENTRAL CA) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support patients and caregivers navigating access to oncology-related therapies, with a strong focus on education, coordination, and issue resolution. The manager will serve as a key point of contact throughout the patient journey, helping remove reimbursement and coverage barriers while maintaining accurate case documentation. The position partners closely with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely support that improves the patient experience and access outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $152,250 – $253,750 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing oncology-specific information and education. Conduct welcome calls and provide ongoing support throughout the patient journey. Assist patients with enrollment in company services and guide them through program requirements. Educate patients on coverage outcomes and financial assistance options. Document all interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud. Identify and escalate access and reimbursement barriers to leadership. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient experience programs. Experience navigating insurance verification and prior authorization processes. Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays. Valid driver's license required.
