Patient Access Manager (CO/WY/NE)

For our client, we are seeking a Patient Access Manager (CO/WY/NE) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead patient access support across Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska, serving as a key resource for patients, caregivers, and provider offices navigating complex reimbursement and coverage processes. The manager will focus on oncology-related patient support, helping reduce access barriers and connect individuals to the right resources at the right time. This position also partners closely with internal leadership and external stakeholders to improve the overall patient journey and ensure compliant, well-documented service delivery. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $152,250 – $253,750 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing information related to oncology support services Conduct welcome calls and provide ongoing support throughout the patient journey Educate patients on coverage options and financial assistance resources Facilitate transfers to relevant support services and document all interactions Support provider offices with payer coverage and coding education Identify and escalate access and reimbursement barriers to leadership Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal guidelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient experience programs Experience navigating insurance verification and prior authorization processes Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays Valid driver's license required Benefits Comprehensive health care and insurance benefits for employees and families Retirement benefits and paid holidays Vacation and paid caregiver/parental leave Eligibility for annual bonuses and long-term incentive programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
