Qualifications

• Responsible for the scheduling and registration functions for Wentworth Douglass Health Systems (WDHS).
• Specializes in providing exceptional customer service.
• Creates new patient medical records.
• Verifies insurance eligibility.
• Collects demographic information and offers applicable documents.
• Engages in in and outbound calls to manage patient interactions.
• Schedules and registers patients for services using enterprise-wide computer-based systems.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Maintains a focus on customer service and patient confidentiality.
• Maintains Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to align with WDHS and Partners Revenue Cycle Patient Access Standards.
