Patient Access Analyst, Patient Registration, 8:30a-5p

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to identify root cause analysis of denials, discharge delays, patient wait times and other statistical data.
• Works closely with the Patient Access Directors, Authorization Management Director, billing leadership and Care Management leaders as well as other Patient Access leaders.
• Identifies patterns and trends with payors, as well as internal processes to recommend and implement process improvement.
• Ensures leadership's awareness and alignment.

Qualifications

• With Associate Degree - One year Patient Access or Revenue Cycle experience.
• Without Associate Degree - Three years Patient Access or Revenue Cycle experience.
• Desired: Associate Degree.
