Welcome Patients Like a Pro:
- Check-in patients at the Emergency Department
- Help patients navigate the registration process
Provide Stellar Customer Service:
- Be the first point of contact for patients and families
- Make patients feel comfortable and informed
Support Patient Flow:
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth transitions
- Ensure seamless registration for inpatient and outpatient procedures
Jump Between Areas:
- Assist in the Emergency Department
- Support Outpatient and Inpatient Registration
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience
- Top-Notch Communication Skills
- Strong Writing & Keyboarding Skills
- Ability to Learn and Grow
- Problem Solver
- Nice To Have (But Not Required):
- Two years of patient contact experience
- Medical Terminology knowledge
- Experience in Healthcare
