About the role
This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and managing the administrative processes for contractor hiring. It also includes developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
Responsibilities
- Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Recruiters are responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
- Measure performance, in part, by KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies, advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting.
- Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Demonstrates customer service skills.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED.
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience.
Skills
- Microsoft Office products (Intermediate).

Pay
- Salaried.
- Minimum Pay Range: $60,000.
- Maximum Pay Range: $60,000.
