About the role

This position requires strong communication and writing skills to manage conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions. It demands the ability to analyze information from diverse sources, apply professional principles, and solve problems or design complex systems and programs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• 5 years’ progressively responsible and specialized clinical experience, including responsibility for specialized pediatric speech programs within a clinical service
• Strong SLP with fewer years of experience or strong clinical fellow candidates will also be considered

Qualifications

• A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)

Pay

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
