Responsibilities

  • Conducts objective evaluations to assess patients' physical and medical conditions.
  • Develops and implements treatment plans to maximize patient function.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Promotes departmental and hospital system improvements.
  • Participates in system initiatives such as CUSP and Lean Sigma.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CPR certification.
  • Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship.
  • Two years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA (preferred).
