Responsibilities
- Conducts objective evaluations to assess patients' physical and medical conditions.
- Develops and implements treatment plans to maximize patient function.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Promotes departmental and hospital system improvements.
- Participates in system initiatives such as CUSP and Lean Sigma.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CPR certification.
- Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship.
- Two years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA (preferred).
