About the role

Candidates will have between 2 to 5 years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and prosecute applications in the areas of energy, software, AI, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Work with a national/international client platform.
  • Demonstrate superior client service ability.

Requirements

  • A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
  • Experience preparing and prosecuting applications in the areas of energy, software, AI, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Registered with the USPTO and licensed or able to become licensed with the Texas Bar.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Skills

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
