About the role
Candidates will have between 2 to 5 years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and prosecute applications in the areas of energy, software, AI, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Work with a national/international client platform.
- Demonstrate superior client service ability.
Requirements
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
- Experience preparing and prosecuting applications in the areas of energy, software, AI, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Registered with the USPTO and licensed or able to become licensed with the Texas Bar.

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
