Responsibilities

• Conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters using analytical skills.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.

Requirements

• Strong background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong English and Japanese language skills.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
• Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
• Registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Pay

The salary for this position is $235,000 - $310,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
