About the role
This position is for judicial clerks looking to join Fish immediately following the completion of their clerkship. Candidates must have a strong background in science, engineering, mathematics, or closely related fields, preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or an advanced degree in life sciences. They must also have 2+ years of patent litigation experience and be an active member of the state bar with compliance with CLE requirements.

Requirements

- 2+ years of patent litigation experience.
- An active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.

Pay
- The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000.
- The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
