Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications
- Draft high-quality patent applications and Office Action responses
- Work directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house legal teams
- Support strategic patent portfolio development and management
- Assist with due diligence, licensing, and litigation support as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (Computer Science also considered)
- Active USPTO registration required
- 1–4 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm setting
- Experience with U.S. and international patent prosecution
- Industry experience or patent litigation exposure is a plus
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
