Responsibilities

• Advise clients on patent infringement and validity issues
• Prepare and argue patent infringement cases before U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong academic record
