Patent Attorney

About the role

An attorney with 3+ years of experience is needed to join Hawley Troxell's Patent practice group in the Boise office. An existing partial or full client portfolio is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct client interaction and management
• Prosecuting patents
• Experience drafting software and machine learning patent applications a plus

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or mechanical backgrounds required
• Law Firm experience prosecuting patents preferred

Qualifications

• Client base includes very large high-tech companies to small start-ups

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
