Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate Attorney or Fresh graduates or law clerk with CA bar license

Qualifications

• A willingness commit to the practice of law
• Proven experience providing legal advice and representation in complex cases
• Strong research skills to analyze case law, statutes, and legal precedents
• Exceptional negotiation skills for resolving disputes and crafting agreements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality
• Prior experience is ok but not necessary as we like to train
