PAT Lead APP (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner)

Career Details

The Lead APP’s primary responsibility is to care for patients by building highly reliable, high performing APP Clinicians who are part of the Physician-APP team to produce effective outcomes for their patients and the organization.

The Lead APP is responsible for providing leadership of all PAT APPs (at our Summa PAT sites).

They collaborate with the Medical Director, Hospitalist Physicians, anesthesia team, nursing leadership team, and hospital medical staff to ensure the patient care delivery model achieves high-quality care that evolves to match the needs of the patients, the hospital, and the community.

As a leader they are accountable for creating an inclusive work environment, providing recognition, performance coaching and career guidance to the APP team and creating a pipeline of talent for the organization.

Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay range of $59/hr - $75/hr PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% practice-funded 401k. Additional leadership stipend available.
