Hospitalist APP Lead (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner)
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However the content doesn't have explicit headings like "Responsibilities" etc. We need to map sections based on content.
We have:
- Hospital Details: list of accreditations, services, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually it's about the hospital. Could be "About the role" maybe not. But we can create sections like "Hospital Details", "Community", "Career Details", "Benefits". However the instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we should use those standard headings if applicable. But we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That implies we should use those headings when we have content for those categories. If we don't have those exact categories, we might still use for whatever section headings we decide, but they gave examples. Likely they expect we use those headings where appropriate. The posting includes "Benefits" clearly. Also "Career Details" could map to "Responsibilities" and "Requirements". There's also "About USACS" maybe "About the role"? Not exactly.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to not repeat job title as heading (none given). No Job ID.
We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text.
Thus we need to decide which sections to include: maybe "About the role" (hospital details and community), "Responsibilities" (Lead APP duties), "Requirements" (maybe qualifications? Not explicit), "Benefits" (clearly), maybe "Pay" (not given), "Schedule" (Full time, day shift). So we can include Schedule.
We have "Full time, day shift position." That's schedule info.
Pay: Not given (no salary). So we should not include Pay section.
Requirements: Not explicit qualifications like education, certification. Might be implied but not given. Better not to include Requirements if no specific content.
Skills: Not explicit.
Thus sections: About the role (hospital details + community), Responsibilities (Lead APP duties), Benefits, Schedule.
We need to format content accordingly.
Let's extract substantive info:
Hospital Details: list of accreditations and awards, services, etc. We'll put as
prose or maybe
- for list. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Hospital details is not a list of duties/requirements/benefits, but could be considered a list. Safer to use
for prose, but we can also use
- for list of services. However instruction says "any list of duties/requirements/benefits". It doesn't forbid using
- for other lists, but to be safe we can use
for prose and maybe
- for the list of services if we want. But we can just use
with commas.
Community: description paragraph.
Career Details: description of USACS, APP role, leadership, etc. Then "Lead APP’s primary responsibility..." etc. That's responsibilities.
We need to separate responsibilities as list.
Let's parse responsibilities:
- Care for patients by building highly reliable, high performing APP Clinicians who are part of the Physician-APP team to produce effective outcomes for their patients and the organization
- Provide leadership of all APP Hospitalist staff at a single hospital
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, Hospitalist Physicians, nursing leadership team, and hospital medical staff to ensure the in-patient care delivery model achieves high-quality in-patient care that evolves to match the needs of the patients, the hospital, and the community
- As a leader they are accountable for creating an inclusive work environment, providing recognition, performance coaching and career guidance to the APP team and creating a pipeline of talent for the organization
We can make each as
- .
Benefits: list includes:
- Financial Benefits
- APP Incentive Units $33,000 Incentive Units after 2 years of employment and completion of the USACS APP Academy
- 401(k) Industry-leading, practice-funded 401(k)

- Bedside Support Evidence-based Clinical Management Tools (CMTs) and experienced Physicians available 24/7/365 to assist you.
- Onboarding And Ongoing Support Dedicated Clinician Advocates for a personalized concierge-style service and the USACS Annual Assembly, open for all Clinicians to attend.
- Professional Development Scholars (leadership training), Efficiency Academy, Provider Engagement & Patient Experience Academy, plus more.
We need to format as list.
Schedule: "Full time, day shift position."
Now "About USACS" description: "US Acute Care Solutions provides acute care to health care systems across the U.S. We’re Physician owned and outcome oriented. We seek the best talent to staff clinical teams delivering hospital management solutions." Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section "About USACS". But we only have headings list; we could put under "About the role" as description of employer.
Thus About the role section could contain hospital details, community, and About USACS.
Let's craft HTML:
