About the role

Partner with parents to facilitate evidence-based program (Parents as Teachers) to families with young children in Berkshire County. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the immigrant and cultural aspects of a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Relevant experience in the human service field desired, lived experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of child development and parenting
• Ability to engage and partner with all families
• Data tracking
• Partnership with community resources

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish necessary

Pay

$22.35–$22.85 per hour
