About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home-based care services to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes to provide necessary medical and personal care services.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in home health care or related field preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical condition to perform the required tasks.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
