Requirements
- 2+ years culinary experience (high-volume preferred)
- Extensive pastry & baking expertise
- Strong independent work skills
- Food safety knowledge
- Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours
- Kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and typical food service conditions
- Must be able to bend, reach, climb, and perform general kitchen duties
