Pay

• $19–$23/hr, based on experience
• $500 sign-on bonus after your 90-day introductory period

Responsibilities

• Make doughs, fillings, icings, and cookie batters
• Bake and tray morning pastries for our locations
• Work through the daily prep list with our pastry chef
• Support senior pastry cooks and learn new techniques
• Keep the kitchen, walk-ins, and storage clean and organized
• Track inventory and flag ordering needs and spoilage

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial baking experience preferred
• Working knowledge of cakes, tarts, fillings, icings, and dessert assembly
• Sharp attention to detail and a positive, team-first attitude
• Comfortable with a 4:00 AM start
• Available weekends and holidays; November and December are our busiest months, so expect extended hours then

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions are available. One position requires Sundays and Mondays, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM.
