Role Responsibilities
- Maintain strict adherence to all recipe specifications and plating standards to uphold our commitment to quality and consistency.
- Execute all station duties—including complex baking, decorating, and dessert assembly—with accuracy and respect for every ingredient.
- Prioritize precise execution and modern methods to elevate every ingredient, ensuring technique matters as much as creativity.
- Manage daily production to minimize waste while utilizing a global toolkit of flavors and techniques.
- Maintain professional pride through the cleanliness of your station and the visual impact of your plating.
- Act as a disciplined team member, assisting other stations with prep and service as needed.
- Own the product—understand the high standards for quality and ethical practices required for our professional pantry.
- Execute with intention—bring focus and discipline to every dish, ensuring care is shown in every step of the process.
- Prioritize excellence—maintain a relentless focus on consistency and food safety as the non-negotiable hallmarks of a professional kitchen.
Role Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with managers and co-workers.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, cleanliness, and industry best practices.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Organized, reliable, and professional under pressure with dependable attendance.
- Flexible availability is preferred, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
