About the role

At Starwood Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a fast-learning, creative Pastry Cook to support our Pastry Team. This position offers training under highly regarded chefs and involves tasks from preparation to production to presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute delectable pastries using artistic skills and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Support the Pastry Team in all relevant tasks within a 24-hour operation.
• Train under experienced chefs in a mission-driven environment.

• Previous work experience in similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of culinary operations.
• A team player and hard worker.
• Detail-oriented and flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
