Our Pastry team finds great satisfaction in crafting delectable treats made with an artistic touch, a whole lot of love, and inspired by nature using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We’re currently seeking a fast-learning, creative Pastry Cook to support our Pastry Team in all relevant tasks, from preparation to production to presentation. You’ll also have the opportunity to train under some of the most highly regarded chefs in the food world.
About the role
As a Pastry Cook, you will support the Pastry Team in all aspects of pastry preparation, production, and presentation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about perfecting pastry dough and eager to learn from industry-leading chefs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of pastries and desserts.
- Work collaboratively with the Pastry Team to execute recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Support the demands of a 24-hour operation with flexibility and adaptability.
- Train under highly regarded chefs to refine your skills and techniques.
Requirements
- Passion for food and previous similar work experience.
- Basic knowledge of culinary operations.
- Strong team player with a detail-oriented and hardworking mindset.
