Pastry Chef de Partie

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary brigade at our Bronx Production Facility. In this role, you will support the Pastry Head Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs in producing specialty breads, cakes, and viennoiseries to the highest standards. The facility supplies goods for Maxime’s, a private members’ club, and Birley Bakery, founded by entrepreneur Robin Birley and located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
