About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and execute high-quality desserts and pastries for our residents
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards
- Manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Communicate effectively in English

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of baking experience in restaurants, catering, healthcare dining, bakeries, or commercial kitchens
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, measurements, and ingredient conversions
- Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain upon hire
- HACCP knowledge or willingness to complete HACCP training
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen and bakery equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Dependable, organized, and quality-focused
