About the role

The Pastor of Family Discipleship will lead children's and youth ministry, support parents in discipling their kids at home, and build the volunteer systems and discipleship culture that helps those ministries grow well over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead children's and youth ministry programs
• Support parents in discipling their children at home
• Build and maintain volunteer systems for ministry support
• Develop and sustain a discipleship culture within the congregation

Requirements

• Leadership gifting
• Organizational skills
• A love for the long work of pastoral formation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field
• Experience in church leadership or youth ministry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to inspire and motivate volunteers
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
