About the role

Heritage Baptist Church in Princeton, Illinois seeks a pastor. Founded in 2007, HBC is an old-fashioned, Bible-believing church that uses only the KJV and is conservative in its music. The church has approximately 15 members.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services using the KJV Bible
• Teach Sunday school classes
• Oversee the use of the parsonage and church property
• Engage with the local community

Requirements

• Strong biblical knowledge and teaching ability
• Experience leading worship services
• Ability to manage church property and finances
• Willingness to live in Princeton, Illinois

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in theology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of pastoral experience
• Experience with Sunday school curriculum

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage church finances
• Leadership experience
