About the role

The Liberty Baptist Church is seeking a full-time pastor to lead their congregation. Located near Donnellson, Iowa, the church serves a community of approximately 33,000 people in Lee County.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services and preaching
• Teach Sunday school classes
• Oversee church activities and events
• Develop and implement church programs
• Build relationships with members and the community

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Ministry or related field
• At least 3 years of pastoral experience
• Strong commitment to the teachings of the Bible
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
