About the role

The church is looking for a man of God who desires to be an under shepherd of a small church. The potential for growth is very real.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sunday services and other church events
• Oversee the spiritual development of members
• Minister to the physical needs of the church and community through deacons
• Support and lead the church in its outreach efforts including AWANA, Shoeboxes, mission trips, and financial support for various ministries
• Work within the framework of an 'elder run' ministry with deacons

Requirements

• Strong faith and commitment to the church's values and beliefs
• Experience in pastoral care and leadership
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of and experience with the church's outreach programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in theology or related field preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a pastoral or leadership role
• Experience with church administration and management
